## ServiceRequest

One report of the City of Helsinki's feedback system \(Open311 GeoReport v2, the Issue Reporting API\) that the city published. Smart Data Models names the type service\_requests; the space names it ServiceRequest like its other types, with the model's attribute names. The reporter's name, e-mail, phone and photos are never read.

## ServiceRequestStatus (enum)

Open311's two report states, as Smart Data Models' service\_requests names them.

- closed: The city has answered the report \(READY\).
- open: The city is handling the report \(the feedback system's PROCESSING\).
